Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosev!lle waa duly called and held in the Village Hall on the 6th day of Janu- ary 1953 at 2:00 o'clook P.y.. WHEREAS, the Villa.ge has heretot'ore authorized the i8- .....-- auanc~ of $38,000.00 Certifioate. of Indebtedness, and ,4,. . WHEREAS, the la.... require. the levy of a tax sufficient to meet principal and interest requirements as they beoome due, plus an additional 5%, and 'W1ŒREAS, no tax levy made in the year 1953 ,.111 be 001- lectible in time to me.t prinoipal and interest reouirements on January 2, 1954, NOW 4J.'IŒHEF'OR1'~, BE 11' RESOLV;gD by the Village Counoil or the VIllage or HoseYil1e as follows: 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Llff0X'- Fund of the Village the sum of $6,000.00 to the S nklng Fund heretofore created for the payment of prinoipal and interest on the Fire and Street Equipment Certifioates of Indebtedness. 2.Sald appropriation shall be Irrevooable if at the time when all prinoipal and interest of saId Certifioate. of Indebtedness shall have been paid there remain. any un- expended balanoe in said Sinking Fund, saId balanoe shall be transferred to then replaoe the sums hereby pledged.
