Stormwater Pollution Prevention Proeram Document <br />Partnerships: (Part II.D.1) <br />A. List the regulated small MS4(s) with which you have established a partnership in order to satisfy one or more <br />requirements of this Permit. Indicate which Minimum Control Measure (MCM) requirements or other program <br />components that each partnership helps to accomplish (List all that apply). Check the box below if you currently have no <br />established partnerships with other regulated MS4s. However, the <br />City partners with several entities on a regular, but informal basis, on stormwater related issues.
