Stormwater Pollution Prevention Proeram Document Partnerships: (Part II.D.1) A. List the regulated small MS4(s) with which you have established a partnership in order to satisfy one or more requirements of this Permit. The City does not have any formal partnership agreements in place to satisfy requirements a of the permit. However, the City partners with several entities on a regular, but informal basis, on stormwater related issues.
