<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly
<br />held on the 26th day of February, 1990, at 7:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None.

<br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SALARY PROGRAM
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the city Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville does revise the Management/Administrative Pay Plan to
<br />include the following salary ranges for certain City positions in
<br />1990:
