The team believes that much greater participation would <br />be possible with better understanding and awareness of these programs. <br />Target Audience <br />Our target audience for this strategy will be the broadest of the three residential strategies. <br />Education and outreach will be conducted assuming that any homeowner in Roseville may be <br />receptive to this offering. <br />Desired Outcomes <br />We hope to effectively reach enough Roseville households annually to result in 200 of our <br />annual goal of 1,400 participants deciding to participate in an energy efficiency program <br />because of this educational outreach. <br />Resources & Communication Channels <br />The Energy Action Team brainstormed to develop a list of community connectors to help <br />activate all the strategies in this focus area.
