Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: September 28, 2021 <br />Item Description: Emerald Ash Borer Update and Accelerated Plan <br />Background: <br />Item No: 5 <br />Based on interest from the PWET Commission, staff from the Parks and Recreation Department <br />were invited to come present about a plan to accelerate the City's response to the Emerald Ash <br />Borer's impact on the City's ash trees. <br />Matt Johnson, Parks and Recreation Assistant Director, and Jim Taylor, Parks Superintendent, will <br />present a history of the EAB response and the plan going forward to accelerate the removal and <br />replacement of the remaining ash trees on public property across the City. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive presentation from Parks and Recreation staff. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
