Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: October 26, 2021 <br />Item Description: 2022 Proposed Utility Rates <br />Item No: 5 <br />Background: <br />Each year City staff proposes utility rates for the following budget year. These rates are for all the <br />City utility funds including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and recycling. <br />The attached memo from the Finance Director, Michelle Pietrick, details the proposed rates and the <br />justification for the proposed increases. Staff will make a short presentation of the information and <br />then answer questions from the Commission. <br />The information was provided to the Finance Committee earlier in October and they did ultimately <br />recommend approval of the proposed rates. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive information from staff on proposed utility rates and provide feedback and/or a formal <br />recommendation to the City Council. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
