<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of February, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rag <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8555 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State <br />Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the roads described as follows, <br />to wit: <br /> <br />Old Highway 8 from County Road C-2 southerly 82 feet to the west <br />City of Roseville corporate limits <br /> <br />be and hereby are established, located, and designated as Municipal <br />state Aid streets of said City, subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Highways of the state of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon his <br />approval of the designation of said roads or portion thereof, that same <br />be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal state Aid street <br />of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as a Municipal state <br />Aid street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rag <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
