Applicant Responsibility: The applicant shall be responsible for the following items: 2800 <br />1. Completed Open House Form (application) 2801 <br />2. Payment of fee and escrow 2802 <br />3. Provision of applicable information regarding the project/request 2803 <br />4. Provision of the open house location, date, and time 2804 <br />5. Required submittal of open house summary upon conclusion of meeting 2805 <br />C. General: Applicant shall refer to the Open House Meeting Policy that is a component of the Open 2806 <br />House Form (application) or contact the Community Development Department for additional 2807 <br />information regarding the process. 2808 <br />D. No later than the date of submission of the application the applicant/developer shall be responsible for 2809 <br />mailing a copy of the meeting summary ot all attendees who provided their names and addresses on 2810 <br />the sign-in sheet. 2811 <br />1009.08: APPEALS 2812 <br />A. An appeal pertaining to a decision of the Variance Board or an administrative ruling of the 2813 <br />Community Development Department regarding any interpretation of the intent of this Title, or any 2814 <br />administrative action approving or denying an application or request related to any matter addressed 2815 <br />in this Title may be filed by any property owner or their agent. 2816 <br />1. The appeal shall be submitted to the City Manager within 10 calendar days after the making of the 2817 <br />order or decision being appealed. 2818 <br />2. The appeal shall state the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made. 2819 <br />3. The appeal shall be accompanied by the fee set forth in Chapter 314 of this Code. 2820 <br />B. When an appeal is filed, a public meeting regarding the matter shall be held before the City Council, 2821 <br />acting as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals, at a regular meeting held within 30 days of the 2822 <br />receipt of the appeal. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals will reconsider only the evidence that 2823 <br />had previously been considered as part of the formal action that is the subject of the appeal. New or 2824 <br />additional information from the appeals applicant(s) may be considered by the Board of Adjustments 2825 <br />and Appeals at its sole discretion, if that information serves to clarify information previously 2826 <br />considered by the Variance Board and/or staff. 2827 <br />1. Variance Appeals: A mailed notice of the public meeting at which the appeal is to be considered 2828 <br />will be sent to the appeals applicant(s), members of the Variance Board, and to all of those 2829 <br />property owners within the public hearing notification area established in Chapter 108 of the City 2830 <br />Code, as well as the owner of the subject property. 2831 <br />2. Administrative Deviation Appeals: A mailed notice of the public meeting at which the appeal is to 2832 <br />be considered will be sent to the appeals applicant(s) and all of those property owners who 2833
