Limited production/processing generally does not include industrial 476 <br />processing from raw materials. 477 <br />LIMITED PRODUCTION/PROCESSING-PRINCIPAL USE: Light manufacturing, fabrication, 478 <br />assembly, processing, packaging, research, development, or similar principal or primary uses which are 479 <br />predominantly conducted indoors and which would not be disruptive of, or incompatible with, other 480 <br />office, retail, or service uses that may be in the same building or complex. Limited production/processing 481 <br />as a principal/primary use generally does not include industrial processing from raw materials. 482 <br />LIMITED WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION: An establishment providing storage and 483 <br />distribution of merchandise and bulk goods, including those associated with a limited production and 484 <br />processing use, and which use shall involve pick-up, cargo, and/or cube variety trucks to distribute goods. 485 <br />LIVE-WORK UNIT: A dwelling unit in combination with a shop, office, studio, or other work space 486 <br />within the same unit, where the resident occupant both lives and works. 487 <br />LOADING AREA: A space accessible from a street, alley or way in a building or on a lot for the use of 488 <br />trucks while loading and unloading merchandise or materials. 489 <br />LODGE, PRIVATE: An association of persons who are bona fide members paying annual dues, which 490 <br />owns, hires or leases a building, or space within a building, which is restricted to members and their 491 <br />guests. A lot abutting upon a 500 <br />curved street or streets shall be considered a corner lot if the tangents to the curve at its point of beginning 501 <br />within the lot or at the points of intersection of the side lot lines with the street line intersect at an interior 502 <br />angle of less than 135 degrees. 503 <br />LOT, KEY: The first interior lot to the rear of a reverse corner lot. 504 <br />LOT, NON-CONFORMING PRE-EXISTING: Any lot which does not comply with existing code 505 <br />requirements, but which complied with existing regulations at the time the lot was established. 506 <br />LOT, REVERSE CORNER: A corner lot the street side lot line of which is substantially a continuation of 507 <br />the front lot line of the key lot to its rear. 508 <br />LOT, THROUGH: A lot having a pair of opposite lot lines along, and access to, 2 more or less parallel 509 <br />public streets, and which is not a corner lot. On a through lot, both street lines shall be deemed front lot 510 <br />lines. 511 <br />LOT AREA: The area of a horizontal plane bounded by the front, side and rear lot lines. 512
