<br />utilized off the premises, including but not limited to boats, boat trailers, campers, travel trailers, and 675

<br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLE: Any properly and currently licensed vehicular, portable structure which is 685

<br />RECYCLING CENTER: A facility for the deposit, sorting, or batching, including limited compacting or 693
<br />crushing of recyclable materials, but no further processing of post-consumer recyclable materials. 694
<br />RENEWABLE ENERGY EASEMENT: An easement that limits the height or location, or both, of 695
<br />permissible development on the burdened land in terms of a structure or vegetation, or both, for the 696
<br />purpose of providing access for the benefited land to wind or sunlight passing over the burdened land. 697
<br />RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEM: A solar energy or wind energy system. Passive systems that serve 698
<br />dual functions, such as greenhouses or windows, are not considered renewable energy systems. 699
