Usable open space shall not 903 <br />include areas occupied by buildings, driveways, drive aisles, off-street parking, paving and sidewalks, 904 <br />except that paved paths no wider than 5 feet, and pervious pavement may be included in usable open 905 <br />space. Usable open space may include balconies and roof decks where specified in this ordinance. 906 <br />USE: The use of property is the purpose or activity for which the land or building thereon is occupied or 907 <br />maintained. 908 <br />USE, CONDITIONAL: A conditional use is a use or structure which, because of its unique or varying 909 <br />characteristics, cannot be properly classified as a permitted use in a particular district. A special exception 910 <br />to the height standards of this ordinance may also be allowed as a conditional use, where specified.
