Statement of Purpose: The HDR districts are is designed to provide an environment of predominantly 1422 <br />high-density housing types, including manufactured-home communities, large and small multi-family 1423 <br />buildings, and single-family attached dwellings, at an overall density exceeding 12 units per acre, 1424 <br />along with related uses such as public services and utilities that serve the residents in the district.
