<br />Page.1 <br /> <br />H~~ersten moved, Membrez seconded, that Karon call Lynch and make an <br />appointment for the council to meet with him in a body at 9:30 A.M. <br />Wednesday, November l8, 1953, to discuss letter circulated by Wm.A. <br />Reiling with accusation of corrupt politics in Roseville. Roll call <br />Ayes-(5) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Tony Schmidt reported on the house of Mr. Krase mentioned in the <br />letter circulated by heiling. He reported the floor had s8r,ged and <br />the shakes were loose and a red tag had been put on it. <br /> <br />415 <br /> <br />Harnmersten moved, seconded by Carlson, that we accept the report of Carol's Garden <br />the Technical Committee and that we accent Lots 18 and 19, Block 1 and <br />Lots 12 and 13, Block 2', Carol's Garden without restrictions as <br />stated in letter read by Mr. Cobb at meeting of November 1, 1953. <br />rtoll call Ayes-(5) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Membrez made a report on the meeting of the Technical Committee in <br />regard to purchasing of eQuipment for oiling and maintenance of <br />roads - 1000 gal. capacity distributor, maintenance truck, sander, <br />roller and broom. The matter was laid over until a later date when <br />Carley will have a floor plan made of OLT space for f'torage. <br /> <br />Karon reported on the lawsuit of the Trailer Camp telling what had <br />happened to date. The adjoining property owners were willing to <br />settle for 600 ft. whereas testimony was given as space from 250 <br />to 1000 ft. was used. Use was made up to the Oak tree which is about <br />500 ft. The most extreme the count could go to 1000 ft. The least <br />extreme would be 400 ft. <br /> <br />about selling Christmas <br /> <br />Mr. Carl Gustafsen and steve Zeece appeared <br />trees for Cub Pack #19B of McCarrons Lake. <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Hammersten, that <br />trees at Rice St. and Center St. be issued. <br /> <br />Technical <br />Committee <br /> <br />Trailer CAmD <br />Lawsuit <br /> <br />Christmas Trees <br /> <br />a license to sell Christmas <br />Roll call Ayes-(5) Mayes-(O). <br /> <br />Membrez moved, Hammersten seconded, that we authorize the County to <br />plow our roads, everything east of Victoria and North of B2 as shown <br />in red on the map.
