1 Attachment C <br />2 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 <br />5 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />6 <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />8 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of April 2020 at 6:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />10 The following members were present: <br />11 and the following were absent: <br />12 <br />13 Member_________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 RESOLUTION ______________ <br />17 <br />18 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE OPERATING FUND RESERVE POLICY <br />19 FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota desires to establish budget and <br />23 financial policies that provide for the sustainability of City programs, services and infrastructure; <br />24 and <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 strong financial condition; and <br />28 <br />29 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota desires to provide appropriate <br />30 fiscal and budgeting controls. <br />31 <br />32 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />33 Minnesota, that the amended Operating Fund Reserve Policy included in Attachment A be adopted <br />34 and remain in effect until such time that a subsequent policy action is taken. <br />35 <br />36 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />37 upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />38 <br />39 and the following voted against the same: <br />40 <br />41 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />42 <br /> <br />
