Attachment D <br />Section 17. No Conflict with Other Documents. The Borrower warrants that it has <br />not executed and will not execute any other agreement with provisions contradictory to, or in <br />opposition to, the provisions hereof. <br />Section 18. Severability. The invalidity of any clause, part, or provision of this <br />Regulatory Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br />Section 19. Notices.
