Attachment J <br />20 drain the Easement Area; to excavate pipe, cuts, slopes and ditches within the Easement Area; to <br />21 remove and import soils from and into the Easement Area; to remove trees, brush, undergrowth <br />22 and other obstructions from the Easement Area; and to do all other acts and things which are <br />23 reasonably necessary for or incidental to the enjoyment of the easement rights granted herein. <br />24 The foregoing easement shall be binding upon the Grantor and her heirs, successors, and <br />25 assigns, shall inure to the benefit ofthe City and its successors and assigns, and shall run with the <br />26 land. <br />27 The Grantor, for herself and her heirs, successors, and assigns, covenants with the City, <br />28 and its successors and assigns, that Grantor is the owner of the Easement Area described herein <br />29 and has good right to grant and convey the easement given herein to the City. <br />30 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and <br />31 appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the City, its successors and <br />32 assigns, forever. <br />33 (Signatures Follow) <br />2 <br /> <br />
