27 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />28 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />29 <br />30* * * * * * * * * * * <br />31 <br />32 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />th <br />33 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18 day of May, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. <br />34 <br />35 The following members were present: <br />36 and the following were absent: <br />37 <br />38 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />39 <br />40 RESOLUTION _______ <br />41 <br />42 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />43 LEVY UNPAID WATER, SEWER AND OTHER CITY CHARGES FOR PAYABLE 2021 or <br />44 BEYOND <br />45 <br />46 WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Roseville, Sections 506, 801, 802, and 906 provides that the City <br />47 may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer, water, and other charges to be entered as <br />48 part of the tax levy on said premises: <br />49 <br />50 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />51 follows: <br />52 <br />53 <br />54 1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parcels of real property <br />55 lying within the City limits which are served by the City of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid city <br />56 water, sewer, and other charges as shown on the attached Schedule A. <br />57 <br />58 2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real <br />59 estate taxes due the amount set forth in Schedule A. <br />60 <br />61 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a <br />62 vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />63 <br />64 and the following voted against the same: <br />65 <br />66 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />67 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
