Attachment D <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Councilof the City of Roseville, <br />th <br />2 County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8 day of June 2020at 6:00p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present:_________; <br />4 and _____ were absent. <br />5 CouncilMember _____introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CENTRE POINTE MINOR PLAT – A <br />8 RECOMBINATION OF THREE EXISTING LOTS INTO TWO LOTS (PF20-005) <br />9 WHEREAS, the property owner, TRUTH (MN), LLC (Veritas), has submitted a valid <br />10 application for approval of the proposed Centre Point minor plat of the property at 2815 Cleveland <br />11 Avenue; and <br />12 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Centre Pointe plat is assigned Ramsey <br />13 County Parcel Identification Number 05-29-23-41-0013, and is legally described as Lot 5, 6, and 7, <br />14 Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />15 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Division has determined the proposed Minor Plat, a <br />16 consolidation of three existing lots into two lots, complies with all criteria in City Code <br />17 §1102.01.C to be deemed a Minor Plat, but requires certain easements to be vacated and re- <br />18 dedicated; and <br />19 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council held a public hearing and determined the <br />20 proposed consolidation of three lots into two lots at 2815 Cleveland Avenue can be approved as <br />21 a Minor Plat; and <br />22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />rd <br />23 Minnesota, approves the Minor Plat of Centre Pointe Business Park 3Addition, subject to the <br />24 following condition: <br />25 a. The vacation and rededication of certain easements throughout the site as deemed necessary by the <br />26 City Engineer. <br />27 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />28 _____ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ______; <br />29 and ______ voted against. <br />30 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
