1740 Marion Street ApartmentRental LicenseInspection Summary <br />10 Total Violations Found. <br />Violations Found: <br />Unit #5; Bathroom vanity doors inoperable.906.05.E.1 <br />Unit #8; Bathroom sink plumbing leaks water. 906.07.D.1 <br />Unit #12; Kitchen sink plumbing leaks water. Bathroom sick faucet has continuous water leak. Both <br />violations are 906.07.D.1 <br />Unit #15; Dining room window latch is inoperable. 906.05.D.2 <br />Unit #20; Dining room window latch is inoperable. 906.05.D.2 <br />Unit #21; Two live bugs (cockroaches) were found in the bathroom. Kitchen sink plumbing leaks water. <br />906.05.H.1 & 906.07.D.1 <br />Unit # 28; An extension cord was being used as permanent wiring, which runs under two doors from a <br />bedroom to the hallway closet.
