The Developer shall comply with any and all applicable City, County, Metropolitan, State and 33 Federal laws and regulations including, but not limited to: subdivision ordinances, zoning 34 ordinances and environmental regulations that may apply to the Plat, the development of the 35 Property, and the construction of the Public Improvements described herein. 36 2.
