The employee, later identified as Mary Margaret Bartik (XXXXXXXXXX) via her MN photo DL, took Ross' order, and without asking / checking his I.D. poured / served the alcohol for $3.85. XXXX received a receipt for this purchase. I was standing behind XXXX as the transaction took place. I approached Bartik and identified myself as a police officer. I explained the situation to her.
