Attachment B <br />173 2.False or misleading information given or provided in connection with a <br />174 registrationapplication. <br />175 3.Failure to maintain the residential rental property in a manner that meets <br />176 pertinent provisions of CityCode including, but not limited to, Code <br />177 Chapters 407 and 906. <br />178 4. Violations committed or permitted by the owner or the owner’s agent, or <br />179 committed or permitted by the tenant or the tenant’s guests or agents, of any <br />180 rules, codes, statutes and ordinances relating to, pertaining to, or governing <br />181 the premises including, but not limited to, the following: <br />182 a.Minn. Stat. 609.75 through 609.76, which prohibit gambling; <br />183 b.Minn. Stat. 609.321 through 609.324, which prohibit prostitution and <br />184 acts relating thereto; <br />185 c.Minn. Stat. 152.01 through 152.025 and 152.027, subds. 1 and 2, which <br />186 prohibit the unlawful sale or possession of controlled substances; <br />187 d.Minn. Stat. 340A.401, which regulates the unlawful sale of alcoholic <br />188 beverages; <br />189 e.Minn. Stat. 609.33, which prohibitsowning, leasing, operating, <br />190 managing, maintaining, or conducting a disorderly house, or inviting or <br />191 attempting to invite others to visit or remain in a disorderly house; <br />192 f.Minn. Stat. 97B.021, 97B.045, 609.66 through 609.67 and 624.712 <br />193 through 624.716 and Chapter 103 of the City Code, which prohibit the <br />194 unlawful possession, transportation, sale or use of weapon; <br />195 g.Minn. Stat. 609.72, which prohibits disorderly conduct; <br />196 h.Minn. Stat. 609.221, 609.222, 609.223, 609.2231 and 609.224, regarding <br />197 assaults in the first, second, third, fourth and fifth degree. <br />198 i.Roseville City Code Sections:407, prohibiting public nuisances, 405, <br />199 noise control,511 Repeat Nuisance,906, property maintenance, 1004 <br />200 and 1005, land use and 1018, parking. <br />201 B.A suspended or revokedrental registration may be reinstated when the circumstances <br />202 leading to the suspension or revocation have been remedied. Registration suspension <br />203 shall be for a term not less than: 180 days for the first suspension and 365 days for the <br />204 second suspension. Depending on the gravity of the offense, the Council may impose <br />205 longer suspension timeframes than noted in this paragraph. <br />206 C.Registration revocation shall be considered by the City Council when violations occur <br />207 under paragraph A of this section and when two prior suspensions occurred under the <br />208 same registrant. <br />209 D.In order to reinstate a suspended Rental Registration, the applicant shall apply following <br />210 the same process as if applying for a new Rental Registration. Reinstatements following <br />211 suspension will only be considered when the circumstances leading to the suspension <br />212 have been remedied, the suspension penalty imposed by the City Council has been <br />213 satisfied, and upon City Council approval. <br />214 E.If a Rental Registration is revoked, reinstatement may only be considered by the City <br />215 Council if there is an ownership change. <br />216 F.Repeat Nuisance Service Call fees shall be applied pursuant to City Code Section 511. <br />217 <br />5 <br /> <br />
