<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. RW-P-90-16 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the city Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said city, on the <br />9th day of April, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. RW-P-90-16 including all that property abutting Lincoln Drive <br />Extension between Terrace Drive and County Road C-2 and all that property <br />abutting County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive Extension to Snelling Avenue by <br />the installation af concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, drainage, <br />watermain, right-af-way and associated appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $689,340.00.
