REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> Date: October 12, 2020 <br /> Item No.:9.b <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br /> <br />Item Description: Approval of 2 Temporary Liquor Licenses, Bent Brewstillery <br />1 B ACKGROUND <br />2 Chapter 301 of the City Code requires all applications for business and other licenses to be submitted to the City Council <br />3 for approval. The following applications are submitted for consideration: <br />4 <br />5 Temporary Liquor License <br />6 Bent Brewstillery <br />7 1744 Terrace Dr. <br />8 Roseville, MN 55113 <br />9 <br />10 Bent Brewstillery will be hosting a Halloween event on October 30 and 31, 2020. <br />11 <br />12 They will be holding an additional event on December 31, 2020, New Year’s Eve. This will bring their total days to 10 out <br />13 of the limit of 12 for the calendar year. <br />14 <br />15 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />16 Required by City Code <br />17 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />18 The correct fees were paid to the City at the time the application(s) were made. <br />19 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />20 Staff has reviewed the application(s) and has determined that the applicant(s) meet all City requirements.
