Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th day of October, 3 2020, at 6:00 p.m. 4 The following members were present: and the following members were 5 absent: . 6 Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 RESOLUTION No. 8 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE OF THE 9 2020 PATHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 10 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 11 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 23, 2020, 12 Bituminous Roadways, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated 13 with the Pathway Improvement Project contract. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 15 OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby 16 accepted and approved; and 17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a 18 proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; 19 and 20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty period as specified in the 21 contract shall commence on October 12, 2020. 22 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 23 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in 24 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . 25 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
