Attachment A <br />1 <br />2 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 <br />5 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />6 <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />8 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day ofNovember, 2020 at 6:00 <br />9 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 The following members were present: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe <br />12 and the following were absent: None <br />13 <br />14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 RESOLUTION No. <br />18 <br />19 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br />20 THEROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION <br />21 <br />22 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has terminated their lease to conduct <br />23 lawful gambling activities at Joe Senser’s Grill & Bar, located at 2350 Cleveland Ave N.; and <br />24 <br />25 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has applied for alawful gambling <br />26 premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at High Pines Brewing Company located at <br />27 2704 Snelling Ave North; and <br />28 <br />29 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has met the local permit requirements <br />30 as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />31 <br />32 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />33 as follows: <br />34 <br />35 The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of The Roseville Area Youth <br />36 Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2704 Snelling Ave North <br />37 <br />38 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />39 upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, <br />40 Etten, and Roe <br />41 <br />42 and the following voted against the same: None <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />46 <br /> <br />
