Attachment A 1 2 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 5 * * * * * * * * * * * 6 7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 8 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day ofNovember, 2020 at 6:00 9 p.m. 10 11 The following members were present: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe 12 and the following were absent: None 13 14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 15 16 17 RESOLUTION No. 18 19 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO 20 THEROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION 21 22 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has terminated their lease to conduct 23 lawful gambling activities at Joe Senser’s Grill & Bar, located at 2350 Cleveland Ave N.; and 24 25 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has applied for alawful gambling 26 premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at High Pines Brewing Company located at 27 2704 Snelling Ave North; and 28 29 WHEREAS, The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has met the local permit requirements 30 as specified in City Code, Section 304. 31 32 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, 33 as follows: 34 35 The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of The Roseville Area Youth 36 Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2704 Snelling Ave North 37 38 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and 39 upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, 40 Etten, and Roe 41 42 and the following voted against the same: None 43 44 45 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 46
