Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 30th day of November, 2020, 3 at 6:00 p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 5 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION No. 7 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT 8 FOR 2021 SANITARY SEWER MAIN LINING 9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans 10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were 11 received on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to 12 law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BID TOTAL CONTRACTOR (Base Bid) Visu-Sewer, Inc. $1,144,602.25 Insituform Technologies USA, LLC$1,173,946.10 Hydro-Klean $1,176,035.10 S.J. Louis Trenchless, LLC $1,214,352.70 $1,348,943.00 SAK Construction, LLC $1,580,514.00 Granite Inliner, LLC $1,662,288.00 Veit & Company, Inc. $1,190,539.50 Engineers Estimate 13 14 WHEREAS, it appears that Visu-Sewer, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated 15 price of $1,144,602.25; and 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 17 Minnesota: 18 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a 19 contract with Visu-Sewer, Inc. for $1,144,602.25 in the name of the City of Roseville 20 for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof 21 heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.
