Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 30th day of November, 2020, 3 at 6:00 p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 5 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION No. 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR PARTIAL TRANSFER OF RAMSEY 8 COUNTY DITCH 4 TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 9 WHEREAS, on July 27, 2020, the City of Roseville approved a Cooperative Agreement with 10 the Rice Creek Watershed District for the improvement of Ramsey County Ditch 4; and 11 WHEREAS, as part of said agreement the City of Roseville agreed to have portions of 12 Ramsey County Ditch 4 located within the City transferred to its jurisdictional control under 13 Minn. Stat. §103E.812. Specifically, the portion of the main trunk south of Terrace Drive and 14 the entirety of lateral 1 of Ramsey County Ditch 4.; and 15 WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. §103E.812 require the City to formally petition the watershed district 16 for said transfer. 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 18 Minnesota: 19 1. In the Matter of the Transfer of a portion of Ramsey County Ditch 4 to the City of 20 Roseville (Statutes §103E.812), the petition for partial transfer is hereby approved. 21 2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the petition and 22 forward said petition to the Rice Creek Watershed District. 23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 24 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and 25 upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the 26 following voted against the same: . 27 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
