My 30+ year career has been in commercial <br />real estate and economic development. I have had the opportunity to lead a real estate account across <br />32 countries and have developed over 4 million square feet of industrial, office, build to suit and multi- <br />family housing across the U.S. I have deep experience working with planning commissions and city <br />councils and I believe it is time for me to give back to the community I have lived in for so long from this <br />deep pool of experience. I would like to be a part of making Roseville an optimal place to live and to <br />work. <br /> <br />What is your view of the role of this Board or Commission? It provides expertise on development <br />planning and policies in the city. It reviews development applications and provides recommendations on <br />such to the city council. It provides a place for community input on planning within the city.
