He noted this is a short-term organiza- <br />663 tional priority effort, so the question is what type of engagement from the public <br />664 the City is looking for. He knew that in prior years this had been very much a <br />665 Council and staff discussion informed by the community visioning process, last <br />666 done in 2006, and other more recent engagement efforts such as the Comprehensive <br />667 Plan update in 2019. <br />668 <br /> <br />
