ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />135 <br />136 909.07 NOTICE TO RENTER, REQUIREMENT TO POST: <br />137 <br />138 A. The owner or its agent must post, in accordance with the instructions provided by the City, <br />139 in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of the Short-term Rental License provided <br />140 by the City upon issuance of license. This license shall specifically include the following <br />141 minimum information: <br />142 1. The street address of the registered property; and <br />143 2. The name, street address, email address(es) and telephone number(s) of <br />144 the owner, the local agent or both as applicable; and <br />145 3. The expiration date of the license. <br />146 B.The owner or its agent must post in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of Roseville <br />147 City Code Sections 405, noise control and 407, nuisances. <br />148 <br />149 909.08 EXEMPTIONS: <br />150 <br />151 A. Individual sleeping rooms within an otherwise owner-occupied residence. <br />152 B. Rentals where the owner is present for the duration of the rental. <br />153 C. Rentals that exist solely due to “rent-back” provision of property sales. <br />154 D. Month-to-month rental leases that originated from a lease period in excess of thirty (30) <br />155 consecutive days. <br />156 E. Accessory Dwelling Units permitted under Title 10, Zoning, of the City Code when said <br />157 Accessory Dwelling Unit is not detached from the principal dwelling unit. <br />158 F. Hotels, motels and/or similar establishments. <br />159 <br />160 909.09: LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION: <br />161 <br />162 A. A Short-Term Rental license may be revoked or suspended by the City Council at any time <br />163 under theprovisions of this chapter, or Chapter 301 Section 301.09, for grounds including, <br />164 but not limited to, the following: <br />165 1. Two or more confirmed violations of this section within 180 days, except for <br />166 a single violation as outlined in paragraph B of this section. <br />167 2. False or misleading information given or provided in connection with a <br />168 license application. <br />169 3. Failure to maintain the residential rental property in a manner that meets <br />170 pertinent provisions of City Code including, but not limited to, Code Chapters <br />171 407 and 906. <br />172 4. Violations committed or permitted by the owner or the owner’s agent, or <br />173 committed or permitted by the tenant or the tenant’s guests or agents, of any <br />174 rules, codes, statutes and ordinances relating to, pertaining to, or governing <br />175 the premises including, but not limited to, the following: <br />176 a. Minn. Stat. 609.75 through 609.76, which prohibit gambling; <br />177 b.Minn.
