The following applications are submitted for consideration: 4 5 Temporary Gambling Licenses 6 Forest Lake Ducks Unlimited 7 Forest Lake Ducks Unlimited has applied for Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing Requirements to 8 conduct lawful gambling activities as follows: 9 Bingo and Raffle Drawing February 27, 2021at Grumpy’s & Rose Vine Hall , located at 2801 10 Snelling Avenue 11 12 BATC Foundation dba Housing First Minnesota Foundation 13 Housing First Minnesota Foundation has applied for Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing 14 Requirements to conduct lawful gambling activities as follows: 15 Raffle Drawing August 7, 2021 at Housing First Minnesotan, located at 2960 Centre Pointe Drive 16 17 The Minnesota Charitable Gambling Regulations allow any nonprofit organization, which conducts lawful 18 gambling for less than five (5) days per year, and total prizes do not exceed $50,000.00 in value, to be 19 exempt from the licensing requirements if the city approves. 20 21 P OLICY O BJECTIVE 22 Required by City Code 23 F INANCIAL I MPACTS 24 The correct fees were paid to the City at the time the application(s) were made. 25 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION 26 Staff has reviewed the application(s) and has determined that the applicant(s) meet all City requirements.
