I am very encouraged that you are considering two <br />seasons, having a 10 to 14 day minimum during the in season <br />and 7 day minimum in the off season. Our summer is very short <br />so I personally hope that in the summer season you will go with a <br />14 day minimum, I know that some people want a 0 day <br />minimum and some want 30 so I think a good compromise is 14. <br />Also, in the ordinance there should be a requirement for the <br />landlord to keep a record on hand that can be audited for who is <br />staying at the property and for how long.
