This Attachment E form must be used. Additional sheets may be <br />added as needed (no page limit). <br /> Collection Operations: clean and quiet collection operations; impacts on pavements; single-stream <br />collection and processing operations; resident instructions and public education materials that make it <br />easy to participate; minimum list of materials picked up; materials are efficiently recycled (e.g., local <br />markets, highest and best use for material); and recycling operations at multi-family dwellings and City <br />parks / other City facilities that meet minimum collection service standards. <br /> Resident Public Education and Community Engagement Efforts: effective and frequent education of <br />residents; community engagement in planning any service changes; voluntary expansion to businesses; <br />and outreach using electronic communications. <br /> Environmental: proposed operations at Zero Waste Events; reduced carbon footprint; education and <br />leadership on protection of the environment and natural resources; local vendor fleet staging / <br />maintenance facilities; local MRF locations and efficiency (e.g., percent Process Residuals); examples <br />of past Sustainability Plans and proposed commitments to update these plans; and annual reports that <br />include certification that all recyclable commodities are recycled along with information on ultimate end <br />market applications. <br /> Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Demonstrated past diversity in the Respondent’s collection, <br />processing, public education / customer service and management labor forces that will serve Roseville; <br />proposed means to provide public education tools in translated languages (identify and provide <br />examples of public education tools in languages other than English); Public education tools that <br />intentionally show photos or illustrations of real people reflecting the diversity of Roseville’s <br />population; outreach to low participating communities; and other means to engage and do business with <br />small businesses in and around Roseville own, operated and staffed by Black, Indigenous and People of <br />Color. <br />The capability claims should be prioritized (list the most important claims first). The Respondent may add or <br />delete Project Capability Claim table templates. Information listed under the “Documented Performance” line <br />may describe where the Respondent has used the approach or solution previously and what the results were in <br />terms of verifiable metrics. <br /> <br />Community Values Capability 1 Claim: <br />
