Below is a graphic description of the population by race and ethnicity in Roseville as reported by the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities Area derived from data from the U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey (2014 – 2018). 2.2 Working Conditions and Employment Structure Roseville believes that all employees of its contractors should be treated with respect and provided a safe, healthy working environment. Working conditions must be as safe as possible meeting all local, state, and federal policies, guidelines, rules, and laws. Labor policies should fully respect the rights of all employees. The City prefers to work with a Contractor that provides equitable hiring and fair compensation policies and practices.
