Their recommendation is to accept cash in lieu of land, with the caveat
that there is a publicly accessible trail included as part of a Public ImprovementContract to meet the Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan.
.
The next step in the process will be a review and consideration by the City
Council which I understand will be at their upcoming February 22 meeting. We
will be sure that your note is included in that City Council packet for their
awareness.

Thanks again
Lonnie

Lonnie Brokke CPRP
Director of Parks and Recreation
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville MN 55113
651-792-7101 (direct) * 651-792-7006 (general)
www.cityofroseville.com/parks

From: Su Love <
Sent: Thursday, February 4, 2021 11:07 AM
To: Lonnie Brokke <Lonnie.Brokke@cityofroseville.com>
Subject: park dedication and Enclave at McCarrons Blvd development

Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.

Dear Mr. Brokke,

Hello, I live on , just west of the Enclave at McCarrons Blvd development,
and I would like to weigh in on the park dedication aspect of this project. I realize that
I'm writing to you late in the game, but I had an idea that evolved from my preparation
for last night's planning commission public hearing.

Referring to the preliminary plat design that was discussed in that hearing (please see
RCA Attachment D
