Page 1 of 2 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February 2021 at 6:00 p.m. 2 <br />The following Council Members were present: _________; 3 <br />and _____ were absent. 4 <br />Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 5 <br />RESOLUTION NO. ___ 6 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE MAP CHANGE 7 <br />FROM LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AT 8 <br />196 S MCCARRONS BOULEVARD (PF20-029) 9 <br />WHEREAS, Airborne McCarrons, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval of the 10 <br />requested Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Change from Low-Density Residential to Medium-11 <br />Density Residential for the property at 196 S McCarrons Boulevard; and 12 <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this 13 <br />application on February 3, 2021, and unanimously recommended its approval; 14 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville City Council, to approve the 15 <br />Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Change from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density 16 <br />Residential, based on the public record and City Council deliberation regarding the goals and strategies 17 <br />of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the 2018 Comprehensive Housing Needs Analysis, the City Council’s 18 <br />Policy Priority Plan related to housing, and the Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan, as well as the proposed 19 <br />housing style and overall development density reflected by the associated preliminary plat. 20 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 21 <br />RCA Attachment F <br />Page 1 of 8
