RCA Attachment D <br />I NTEROFFICE M EMORANDUM <br /> <br />Date:January 20, 2021 <br />To: Thomas Paschke, City Planner <br />Bryan Lloyd, Senior Planner <br />From: Jesse Freihammer, Roseville Public Works <br />RE: The Woods of Roseville Plat <br />The Public Works Department reviewed the proposed plans for the project noted above and offer <br />the following comments with regard to the project’s impact on City services and/or <br />infrastructure: <br />1.Site Plan <br />o The traffic created from the development will have minimal impact on adjacent <br />roadways. <br />o Driveway must be setback 5 feet from property line. <br />o A City right of way permit will be required. <br />2.Utilities <br />o Water <br />A MDH Water Permit will be required. <br />Would be a private watermain. <br />Individual curb stops will be required. <br />Final construction plans will be approved by the City prior to issuing <br />permits. <br />o Sanitary <br />A MPCA Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit will be required. <br />The sanitary would be private. <br />Final construction plans will be approved by the City prior to issuing <br />permits. <br />o Storm Sewer <br />All storm pipe and storm water ponds would be private. <br />Rice CreekWatershed Permit required <br />NPDES Permit required <br />City Erosion Control, Grading and Storm Water Permit required <br />Site meets our stormwater standards and that the development won’t <br />negatively impact local drainage and water quality. <br />Final construction plans will be approved by the City prior to issuing <br />permits. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br />
