RCA Attachment E <br />I NTEROFFICE M EMORANDUM <br /> <br />Date:January 21, 2021 <br />To: Thomas Paschke, City Planner <br />Bryan Lloyd, Senior Planner <br />From: Tim O’Neill Fire Chief / Marshal <br />RE: <br />PF20-026: Request by Michael Mezzengafor approval of a preliminary plat of an existing parcel into six <br />lots in order to build a three-building twinhome development at 2442 County Road D. <br />PF20-029: Request by Airborne McCarrons LLC to amend the comprehensive plan guidance on the <br />property at 196 S McCarrons Blvd from Low-Density Residential (LR) to Medium-Density Residential <br />(MR), rezone the same property from Low-Density Residential 1 (LDR-1) to Medium-Density Residential <br />(MDR), and replat the three parcels at 196 – 210 S McCarrons Blvd in order to build a proposed 20-unit <br />single-family, detached townhome development, and to approve the proposed shared lake access as a <br />conditional use. <br />PF20-034: Request by BJHN, Arthur’s Senior Care, in cooperation with property owner Sarin Homes LLC <br />for approval of an amendment to the existing Comprehensive Plan Map from LR - Low Density <br />Residential to MR – Medium Density Residential andan amendment to the existing Official Zoning Map <br />from Low Density Residential-1 (LDR-1) District to Medium Density Residential (MDR) District, for <br />property located at 202 County Road B. <br />The Fire Departmenthas reviewed the proposedgeneral discriptionsfor the projects noted <br />above and offer the following comments with regard to the project’s impact on City services <br />and/or infrastructure: <br />1.Following review of the descriptions as list as part of this document the Fire Department <br />does not have any concerns. <br />2.Fire Department reserves all rights to approval or denials of plan documents as they are <br />submitted. <br />Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br />
