This form detailsthe <br />service area and contact information for the applicant agency should the program receive funding. <br />Dedicated Auto Theft Investigator Application (Form 1c). This form provides information including <br />the number and type of auto thefts in the service area, how auto theft investigations are completed. <br />Please donot submit any other materials (binders, photos, etc.).
