Attachment C <br />Due to the high concentration of jobs in Roseville, there is heavier use of the city’s <br />infrastructure by non-taxpayers and whose costs to maintain is borne by the Roseville <br />taxpayer. <br />Regional Transportation Network in Roseville <br />A significant portion of traffic in Roseville originates from outside of its boundaries.
