Please be prepared to approve or <br />amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meetingminutes of January 4, 2022. <br />4.Review Recreation Division Plan for 2022 <br />As possible, throughout the year and seasons, various staff members attend your meetings <br />to discuss what is going on in their particular area and gather your thoughts and feedback. <br />Recreation Superintendent Carrie Andersonwill plan to be at your meeting to review what <br />is occurring in the Recreation Division and to gather feedback. <br />R <br />equested Commission Action: Hear presentation, discuss and provide feedback and <br />advice. <br />5.Debrief from Joint Meeting <br />You are scheduled to have a joint meeting with the City Council on January 31, 2022 to <br />provide an overview of what you have been working on and to seek guidance on your <br />upcoming work.
