RCA Attachment D <br />community, of holding the precious little green space we still <br />have in Roseville. Roseville citizens need green space, trees and <br />nature for our well being. We do not want to put additional dollars <br />in the pockets of developers. We have a sufficient tax base, so I <br />don't agree with the sentiment that this will help provide <br />additional tax revenue. <br />While some homeowners may be interested in the lift that higher <br />home values may add to their own property values, this just <br />contributes to increased home prices, that price out regular, <br />middle income folks, and/or first time home buyers.
