RCA Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 31st day of January 2022 at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present: _________; <br />4 and _____ were absent. <br />5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒVICTORIA SHORESÓ PRELIMINARY <br />8 PLAT (PF21-001) <br />9 WHEREAS, Builders Lot Group, LLC, has submitted a valid application for approval of the <br />10 proposed ÒVictoria ShoresÓ preliminary plat of property addressed as on Victoria Street near Orchard <br />11 Lane on behalf of the property owner, the estate of George John Reiling; and <br />12 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed ÒVictoria ShoresÓ plat comprises Ramsey <br />13 County Parcel Identification Numbers: <br />14 02-29-23-31-0001, -0048, and -0058 <br />15 WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br />16 Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br />17 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br />18 application on April 7, 2021, and having closed said public hearing, voted 5-2 to recommend approval <br />19 of the proposed preliminary plat with certain conditions based on the public record and the Planning <br />20 CommissionÓs deliberation with certain conditions; and <br />21 WHEREAS, the applicant has made certain revisions to the proposal reviewed at the public <br />22 hearing in response to zoning code amendments adopted in November 2021 and public comments <br />23 received during the review of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet concluded in December 2021, <br />24 and yet the revised preliminary plat remains substantially similar to the initial proposal; and <br />25 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />26 proposed ÒVictoria ShoresÓ preliminary plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, <br />27 with the following conditions: <br />28 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works pertaining to this development, the applicant shall: <br />29 a. Dedicate the additional public right-of-way as required for Orchard Lane and Victoria Street. <br />30 b. Dedicate a 10-foot pathway easement coinciding with the drainage and utility easement behind <br />31 the property line of the lots abutting the west side of Victoria Street to accommodate a possible <br />32 future public pathway in this location. <br />33 c. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />34 d.
