Work in Roseville <br />Housing Resource Navigator <br />Cari started with RPD on 09/16/2021 and works 40 hours a week <br />Currently 5 primary clients –Based on: <br />How long the individual has been homeless <br />Number of calls for service generated by individual <br />Other exigent or special circumstances (domestic abuse related/juvenile/elderly/health concerns) <br />Approx. 130 hours spent with just these 5 clients since late September <br />Programming assistance/paperwork (food stamps, housing vouchers, general GA) <br />Transported to: medical appointments, DMV, food shelf, shower & laundry facilities <br />Ordered free cells phones <br />Apartment tours <br />Court hearings <br />At any time Cari & Christine are working with 20-30 individuals to help with services outside of these listed high utilizers –number keeps growing <br />In 2021, RPD Community Action Team conducted 70 Community Outreach Events to visit sites and talk with individuals
