Please be prepared to approve or <br />amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meetingminutes of February 3, 2022. <br /> <br />4. Review and Discuss Parks and Recreation Commission Goals <br />The last time that the Parks and Recreation Commission goals were adjusted was in March <br />of 2020, just pre-COVID. This typically has been an annual item of review, discussion and <br />confirmation and/or adjustments. Included in your packet for reference is the: <br /> March, 2020 Parks and Recreation Commission goals <br /> 2022 Possible Draft Parks and Recreation Commission goals spreadsheet <br />to work from <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission annual plan guide – reviewed <br />December 2021 as part of Primer <br /> Trifold summary of Parks and Recreation Commission typical operations <br />and topics <br />Requested Commission Action: Please be prepared to discuss status, relevancy, <br />interests, additions, deletions, modifications, confirmations, assignments, as you are <br />comfortable. <br /> <br />5. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair <br />Per City Code, the election of officers occur at the last meeting preceding the end of regular <br />terms of appointment. This is the time to elect the Chair and Vice-Chair for the upcoming <br />year. The election may occur by voice vote or secret ballot depending on the Commissions <br />wishes. <br />Requested Commission Action: Election of Chair and Vice-Chair of the Roseville Parks <br />and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />6. Appoint Ethics Commission Representative <br />The makeup of the City Ethics Commission is a representative of each of the other City <br />Advisory Commissions including one from the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />Commissioner Arneson has served in that role during the past year and will provide a <br />summary of duties and any of his experience at your meeting. This is a standing agenda <br />item each year. <br /> <br />In your packet is Chapter 207 of the City Code that identifies the scope and duties of the <br />Ethics Commission. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss and appoint a representative to the Ethics <br /> <br />
