Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 7 day of March, <br />3 2022, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />6 absent: . <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />9 <br />10 RESOLUTION No. <br />11 <br />12 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE OWASSO <br />13 GARDENS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT <br />14 <br />15 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />16 <br />17 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on September 14, 2020, <br />18 CB Owasso Gardens Limited Partnership, has satisfactorily completed the public <br />19 improvements associated with the Owasso Gardens Public Improvement Contract. <br />20 <br />21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />22 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby <br />23 accepted and approved; and <br />24 <br />25 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />26 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />27 favor thereof: and the following voted against thesame: . <br />28 <br />29 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
