CAT Officers spoke with an on-duty <br />manager and advised them to provide the necessary employee training documents regarding alcohol compliance via <br />email to Deputy Chief Joe Adams, whose business card was also attached to the letter. Management was advised to <br />contact Dep. Chief Adams if any other questions arose. <br />Nothing further. <br />Supplemental Report <br />ICR:21034704 Last Modified:02-23-2022 1657 <br />Title:Additional Follow-up Created By:HaivyVang <br />On 2/21/2022 at approximately 1500 hours, CAT Officer Cook and I traveled to 1682 Lexington Ave N (Keys Café). <br />At the restaurant, we spoke with an on-duty manager who stated his father was the owner of the business. I <br />informed the on-duty manager to send records alcohol serving training records to Deputy Chief Adams via his email <br />as indicated on the letter which was delivered on 2/10/2022.
