Attachment B <br />1 ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. ____ <br />2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11, SUBDIVISIONS, CHAPTER 1102, <br />3 PROCEDURES, OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE CLARIFYING PARK <br />4 DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS AND THE RENAMING OF THE LDR-1 ZONE TO <br />5 LDR <br />6 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. ______ approved by the City Council of <br />7 Roseville on March 7, 2022: <br />8 The Roseville City Code, Title 11, Subdivisions, Chapter 1102, Procedures has been amended <br />9 clarifying park dedication requirements for various types of subdivisions in accordance with <br />10 previously adopted Ordinance No. 1601 and to rename the LDR-1 zone to LDR to reflect the text <br />11 amendments previously adopted by Ordinance No. 1606. <br />12 A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />13 hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />14 Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
