As a non-residential development, the City could accept 10% <br />of land (approximately .799 acres) or 10% of the fair market value ($431,120). <br />The Parks and RecreationCommission (PRC)reviewed this proposed project regardingpark <br />dedicationon January 4, 2022. <br />There was discussion of land possibilities but based upon the developer’sstatement thatthere is <br />not sufficient space on the development for a usable portion of parkland, the Commission <br />ultimately recommended cash ($431,120, which is 10% of the Ramsey Co.
